Well first off girl you are a smokin hot hoe! Congrats!! My whys range from awesome: live a long time, healthy, active, good role model for my girls & stay a hawt wife to being really petty like, f#%^ everyone who was ever toxic in my life from close family members to high school teachers who said crap about my appearance. Sometimes my petty reasons are more motivating, even though I will literally never see those people again 😂

I'd missed this, sorry - 'Your why is so everyday you wake up happier and more content with life than yesterday.' It seems placebic on the surface but I'm going to edit it in my head as, "these goals, while they aren't going to make me immortal, give me something to do to improve my health while I figure out the rest of my day, week, month, etc. Meeting my goals will make me proud and happy and that's all it needs to be right now." Thank you.

My biggest goal of everyday is to accept myself. I was thinking this morning that in a weird twisted way I like that this load is going so slow this time because it's keeping me focused on maintaining longer.

Bella, 3 camps 1: those who haven’t reached their goals yet, still working and maybe learning 2: those who thought they were taking a shortcut but didn’t learn anything (yo-yoers, strugglers, cyclical dieters... whatever you want to call them) 3: those who achieved their goal and maintained. It’s ok that you’re taking longer. You know you’re learning along the way. Sometime we look at others losing faster than us and that makes anxious. Focus on our own journey, because it’s not about them. 💕
