feeling good and have been keeping on track with eating and working out. i don't really mind eating healthy so that is great news. i feel a lot better when i do and i like vegetables and fruits and other whole grain good for you stuff. i have just been trying to be aware of what i eat and how much. tonight a friend is coming in from out of town and we are going for thai food. i planned for this by eating light (yet still filling) today so i can enjoy some pad thai later. yummm... i worked out, too so i won't feel guilty :)
