It's been awhile since I last signed in, but I am doing much better now. Exercising 4-5 times a week. Doing both aqua aerobics and walking. I am excited to see the pounds finally coming off. I am having trouble finding the support I need to keep it going. I am writing in a journal- food, exercise, goals, etc. And I am eating better. I look forward to the months to come.
