I'm staying on track so far for the weekend, I saw 188 again this morning, so by Friday is should be 185, that's this weeks goal. The hubby and I went to Burger King for lunch yesterday, and it's the first time ever I didn't get the greasy burger and fries, I had a baked chicken salad, and it was very satisfying. So, one week at a time, we'll get through this.
