So, I'm going to mix things up a little. Starting today, until school starts (maybe longer if it goes well), I'm going on a vegetarian diet. No meats, no fish. I am going to be making some exceptions - I can't refuse to eat meat when my dad cooks dinner, but he is only home three nights a week. I'm doing this purely to see if it will help me lose weight. I have no problems with eating meat, I actually love it (Sorry if I have offended anyone). So I'm starting today. I'm also hoping this will be easier on my stomach (I get stomach aches a lot, probably because of all the greasy foods I eat factored in with me not having a gallbladder). I'm doing this mainly to cut some of the fat from my diet, tomorrow I'm going to go to the store and buy some eggplant and experiment with it. Today I'm going to head out to the garden and see if we have any zucchini that's ready to pick. I've only got a little more to go until I've lost TEN pounds! And I've finally gone down a size in my jeans, feels great. (:
Oh! And I just got Wii Fit Plus, so now I can see how many calories I've burned while I'm using it. I don't usually enter all of my exercise in here anymore, but I know I'm burning more than I'm eating, even if it's only a little more.
