back to work and back on my diet. got up to go run this morning but it was raining....not up to running in the rain in the morning. will hit the gym this evening. probably during football practice. if not the gym then i will run during terences football practice. we'll see how it goes. not totally excited for work but ready...almost. i think i'm apprehensive because of how depressed i was before i left that i am afraid to be that way again and i am afraid it will come on me quickly. sigh.... there's got to be a better way that to be depressed or worried about getting depressed. wtf.???
