Did good over the weekend. Didn't lose any, but didn't gain any either! Was back at the gym this morning with Mom for 10 laps, then got to work early. Our director resigned unexpectedly last week, and our interim director started today, so we had a meet and greet luncheon for department heads and administrative personnel. Pasta, salad, garlic bread and cake balls catered by the locally-owned fancy cafe. So yummy! But I was very good, got a small serving of pasta and larger serving of salad. I had to have a cake ball, couldn't resist! I made sure to pick the smallest one! Will continue my plan of not eating after 8. Actually, I probably won't eat after 7 tonight because I will go to bed early to make it to the gym again in the morning. Going to Red Lobster with the fam tomorrow evening so I will be eating very light for lunch tomorrow, probably soup. The weather is kind of dreary today, been raining. It's trying to kill my energy, but I refuse! I want to make sure to do some strength exercises this evening before bed. I thought if I walk (and eventually run) in the mornings, and do strength training in the evenings, it will prob make twice the difference. Anyway, hope everyone has a happy week!
