Ok today was actually a good day. I have been staying away from eating out. I am proud of myself. I did not exercise yesterday, but today we took my son to play mini golf. It was so hot. I wish I could sweat the pounds away by standing outside, but no such uck. I just wish I knew how to log that as exercise.
I can't believe I am about to write this, but hopefully if someone reads this they might be able to help me. I noticed that my side is in pain again. It happens once a month if you know what I mean. I know it has to do with my cyst, but I quit taking my birth control so this is something I have to deal with. However, I wonder how much this aids in my weight gain at times. It just kills when I have this happen. It is beyond a cramp. I guess I need to just go back to the doctor, but I hate not feeling well. Being a women.
