Hi Stacy, I'm not very Savvy at how to tell someone else what to do on this website. If you tap on the icon it'll open up to let you have a conversation and post comments on other people's food choices and pictures. For your own when you're on your home page if you look up to the right you'll see a pencil and a paper. If you tap on that it'll open up to allow you to do your profile. That should be the first thing that you post. What your goals are and what you have been or where you want to be. Just give it some thought and put up what you want other people to know about you. That'll automatically come up on your Journal.

You'll see a heart and a little square underneath everybody's post. You can give a heart meaning you are there for them and encourage them. You can tap on the Square if you want to make a comment. It will open up to a blank sheet where you can post what you want to say. Once you tap post then it goes on the page for everyone to see. You can keep asking questions if you don't understand. I'll try and answer tomorrow
