Well, doing good so far this week. Trying to stay focused and not snack in the evenings. Have really increased my water, yay me for that! I don't know why I have such a hard time getting enough to drink. Been having a couple cravings, but have ignored them! Will treat myself to homemade pizza this evening, I think. Or maybe I will fix chicken just don't know. Will decide when I get home! :)

Why do I insist on continuing to listen to hubby when he says, you worked hard today, let's just grab something so you don't have to cook??? It always turns out bad!! I have got to stop doing this! I was doing so well today, then just let my supper ruin it! The only good thing I can say about it is this--We ate early and I have drank bunches of water today so, if I put an extra 15 minutes in my workout, I should be okay! Will make sure to only have around 1200 calories tomorrow, and just turn this into a spike day!
