I just started a new exercise program 6 days ago and my TOM is due within the next few days and I gained 5 pounds, I am annoyed but some how I know it's not water weight and I am waiting to weigh y self after my TOM ends and because I read an article that when we first start working out we gain some weight but it will all be gone within 2 weeks so I hope this is true & I didn't just gain all the weight back :S
