Took the day off work to pack for another trip. Trip is a working vacation this time. I am getting prepared, packed work out clothes for the hotel gym and a bathing suit for the indoor pool. My plan is to spend my mornings working out and swimming like I use to do on high school summer break. I have a whole week in Montreal and we are staying at a great hotel. Might even indulge in a massage if they have that service.
The structure I have been seeking is probably just to keep focused and being prepared. I have some nuts packed for the flight and some extra for the hotel room. I have a few endulge bars pack as well. I made sure the hotel room had a refridge and will go straight to the nearest grocer and buy slices of cheese and turkey ham. I will get through this. Lots of dinners out at restaurants I think so I just have to keep my resolve to only do salad with chicken.
I think the hardest part will be the breakfast buffet. I can't believe how much food dominates my life. It didn't seems so before this diet though. But I am already thinking ahead and trying to think how to let myself have toast or home fries. Which brought me to the computer to confess to myself that I was having the thoughts at all. This is so tough and I am a pretty tough chick. I know I am. Hmm.....I hope writing this keeps me honest. Bon Voyage!
