Yesterday was a little out of control; not much, just enough to make me rein it back in. Sometimes I feel like I could just inhale pasta. It really is the most comforting food to me.
I am not going to pressure myself to achieve perfection each day. That just makes me want to give up because I can't possibly be perfect! I want to stay calm and just keep making small changes that add up to a large change overall.
I need to incorporate exercise, but I'm sort of waiting to lose a few pounds and the weather to cool just a little! Walking when the heat index is 105 is not fun.
