I am eating less than 1300 calories and I work out, I am very active. I know I shouldn't weigh my self before my period and I did :S :S it is soo frustrating and I started the new work out routine and suddenly the next day I gained 3 pounds so I don't get it i'm gonna cut down my protein intake and increase my fat intake and keep on my workout routine so we will see what happens when I weigh my self after the end of my period :(

oh and I also eat 3 meals with 2 snacks a day to keep my metabolism going.... so I do not know what's wrong, is it normal to gain weight when you first start a new exercise routine ?

It can be. Your muscles may swell some from water retention. Also, you may need to bring your calories up a bit to make up for some of what you're burning.

Al, I just peeked at your food journal - nuts are not allowed during Induction. That may be stalling you some.
