I walked around the mall for a while today with a friend, I didn't buy any clothes but I got a new book that I'm excited to read! I really need to start actually exercising again, I've been so lazy, but I'm just so tired right now no matter what I do.
Also, i posted a topic in the forums about a supplement called Super B-Complex, it says on the label that it boosts metabolism. If anyone really knows anything else about this, like other benefits it may have or any reasons that I shouldn't take it, that would be really helpful. I just want to get some feedback before I start using it is all.
