I've been reading "Why we get fat" by Gary Taubes and it was an instant reminder of the improtance of restricting carbohydrate intake for optimal health an weight loss. I therefore restarted my low carb diet on wednesday and have dropped 2.8lbs in 5 days. This is important as my wedding is approachin and as last minute alterations may prove difficult.i'm excited an optimistic!
