Does anybody have suggestions for mid morning and afternoon snacks?

Super Advanced Whey Protein - 1/2 of a scoop + 8 fl oz water = PROTEIN! Add some type of fresh fruit - lately I've enjoyed fresh dark sweet cherries, and today figs.

Boiled Egg Whites - chuck the yolks. That REALLY killed me, throwing away food like that but you get used to it. That and fruit together are a good combo. Over here those protein supplements MightFull's suggesting are massively expensive but if it's affordable for you I'd say that's the better option.
