I marinaded a rib-eye today and cooked it for my son's dinner. I'm relieved that he ate the whole thing because I sure was planning on eating what he didn't! I did taste it, though. It came out very flavorful and tender. Yeah. I'm so glad he ate the whole thing. I made another pot of red beans. I'm glad that I enjoy beans. I especially like the way I cook them. That's what I will be eating for the next several days. That's nothing new. Well, I think I will take my nephew to the swimming pool for a little while. I can see he is really getting on my brother's nerves.
