Insurance isn't going to cover the surgery. I am still on the edge about it. I think I may wait a few years until I have kids and THEN invest my own money into it to get a tummy tuck.

As long as you eat healthy and maintain exercise through pregnancy your skin should have enough elasticity to bounce back shouldn't it?

Yes for eating foods high in nutrients! I started exactly that this year (eating tons of veggies and fruit, and less candy, potatoes and bread) and it did wonders to my cravings. Drum stick ice cream is one of the hardest to give up - I still occasionally buy and work it in into my daily caloric allowances :) One thing I started making instead of Starbucks frappuccinos - mix some milk (or juice), Greek yogurt, and frozen fruit/berries in blender. I prefer greek yogurt over protein powder. Instead of berries you can add some honey and an espresso shot if you like the coffee flavor. Good luck!!!

That is a LOT to give up all at once. Did you know that many of the Sbux drinks can be made in "skinny" varieties? I have been able to keep my mocha in my diet for this reason! The skinny mocha is only about 180 calories vs the 300+ version with 2% milk or worse, sugar syrup and whipped cream. Check out their website to see what yours might tally at before you say goodbye forever. All the good intentions in the world might not be enough with no little allowances to keep us sane. Good luck and keep up that enthusiasm!!

Another substitution that I've found for my mocha Frappuccinos cravings are the Atkins Mocha Latte and their Cafe Caramel.
