missed a few days journaling but am getting back on track. have had two great days of eating healthy - feeling healthier already. been starting the day with lots of fiber, fruits and protein. have been limiting snacking and watching portion sizes pretty well. tonight i made a new healthy recipe for banana oat muffins with apple sauce (no oil/butter) and whole wheat flour. they are about 120 calories and 2.5 g fat with 5 g fiber and 7 g protein. a good way to start the day if you ask me!
