Okay first journal entry. In March I decided to start eating healthier just because I should. Lost a few pounds. In August I decide I needed to lose 100lbs. Goal for August was 15lbs down. And I lost 16 doing a low carb/ keto influenced diet September I’m going for another 15 💪
