All is well...I am back with tracking. Dog is feeling better and will be keeping is eye. :-) The eye thing was very stressful. We are not neat enough for a blind dog. LOL Plus, our house is a stair danger trap. Not good!
Bowflex is FUN! Hubby is being a little bit of a stickler. He is afraid that I will break it or myself. I told him that as of today...regular workouts or I do it alone. 2 days a week is not enough for me! :-)

good to hear the dog is doing better. The bow flex probably can't be broken, you however might be a different story. Take it slow, I'm sure you will see some amazing results!

He knows I can handle it more then twice a week. It is my tendency to fall down, even while standing still. Or maybe it is that I drop almost everything I touch. Half the time I catch it before it hits the floor and the other half is quite a mess. LOL
