And it all just became clear a few minutes ago🙄. A few days ago I was 85 and never knew why, guess what......it's shark week. Being perimenpausal just makes life a whole lot more difficult cause you never know what's happening🤔

This is why I personally find it so useful to weigh daily or just about daily. There are many many many reasons for why our weight fluctuates, and being mindful/conscious/aware of them I believe is an amazingly powerful tool to staying on the right path and to better understanding your own body.
