had a couple of good experiences to boost the willpower this week. Girls at work were talking about how I was looking so much better as I came in and hadnt known I was dieting - made me feel on top of the world. Help run a youth group and this week we were training for basketball. I would normally sit and watch or roll around the court in the background but got involved and had SO much fun!Then we played dodge ball and... I WON! Woohoo!!!! Must be moving better :-)!

That's great! Yes i feel more energetic too and someone did comment on how well i looked. I think it must be all water and good food! You sound really positive, and i think you are going to do very well! You look younger than 52!! Have a good week :)
