Hello to all! I am new here but not new to the trial of weight loss. I did well last year lost 30 lbs by eating clean and doing Turbo Jam and hip hop abs. Well soon as I got comfortable I started slacking and am 6 lbs shy of my starting weight :(. But I am back-! I am back on track! When I had my weight loss I was able to get off my blood pressure and avoid going on med for my pre diabetic condition. So I am reaching back out to support others and make friends looking to make their way of life healthier.
