Blew it tonight! My husband wanted Chinese and I couldn't resist. Yeah, I had General Tso's Tofu. Ugh! I'm sick and I deserve to be. I'm never going to get there if I keep giving in like this! :(

You did not blow it. You had Chinese and some more carbs than normal. It is not a big deal. Just keep going tomorrow. It will be a tiny blimp on the road to great health

Don't get down on yourself. It's like liv and jc said, keep moving forward and do better tomorrow. This is one meal, only one that you went over, just a little, one meal out of how many you will have in the years to come. You're good. 👍🙂
