end of first day of dieting. not too bad. i had 1/2 thai crunch salad with avocado at california pizza and that was awesome yummy and filling. my one slip up was i had 2 choc covered grahams at starbucks instead of one. and i had a grande skinny latte instead of a tall. but still not bad. i'm not dying of hunger. i feel ok. really pretty good. i've started the journey. good. long past overdue.
