I have done fairly well today. I think I blew it at lunch. I met a friend at lunch and that was the end of my calories today. I ended up eating a greek salad today with feta. I also then ate a few jalepenos that were fried,but they were nickle size slices. I estimated online what it could be in calories. The big one is the margarita that I had.I ate up a lot of my calories today. Now for dinner my husband ordered pizza. I had one slice. I can have one more and still have my 100 calorie snack. I am just made at myself right now. I can't believe I did lunch this way today. I want to scream. Oh well. I hope when I weigh myself on Monday that everything will work out the way I want.
