Well, weight stayed the same this morning but that's OK at least I didn't gain. I have been feeling a little down because of my ulcer and hypoglycemia diagnoses mainly because I know that hypoglycemia is the precursor to Diabetes and it runs in my family. I'm a little down because somehow I have to cut out my soda which I mentioned early and I don't mean to sound like a broken record but it's going to be really hard for me cause I've been addicted for 17 years now.
On a lighter note could you guys message me on some protein snacks I know some of you have given me some good ideas earlier like fruits/veggie but the doc says it needs to be protein 6 times a day

Well a little over points and definitely over on fat today I'm still adjusted to my new way I have to eat so this weekend I'll buy some healthier options for my six meals a day but for today I'm not going to stress it too bad.
