I have diabetes; other than wanting to feel better, I needed to lower my A1C.I'll never doubt the benefits of a low carb diet again. When I started in May, my AIC was 8.4. Yesterday, it was 6.8!

I follow LC too but I'm not sure if it was just decreasing sugar or the decrease of carbs that brought my 10.2 down to 5.2. Glad it's working for you.

Hi Lena, I'm on the same journey - I have been doing keto / low carb for about 18 months, my BS is seldom over 100 anymore. I consider my T2D to be reversed, though I'm sticking to keto to keep it at bay.

GZ - thanks. In Dec '18 it was actually 10.9; in Mar it was 5.4. The 5.2 was in July.
