Goood morning. I just woke up a little bit ago, I'm gonna shower and watch that Kundalini yoga I recorded from fit tv, and see if I like it. I think I'm gonna try to do at least 20 minutes of yoga four days a week. I tried to run on the tredmill this morning, not too fast, but it kicked my butt. I'm just going to keep with the fast walk for now, and the bike. I'm going to try and eat lean cuisine for lunch and a turkey wrap for dinner, we'll see how it goes.
