i know crash diets are bad, but i figured out that if it's only short term it isn't really going to do any damage..
if i eat 1000 calories a day, i can lose 2.9 pounds in 15 days (when i go to vegas).. in addition, IF i can get myself to do an additional 466 calories worth of activity, THEN i can lose 2 more pounds, which would put me at 108.6... the weight i was at my last photoshoot..
i'm thinking i'm going to try it
