The time has come to swtch gears. I want to feel the success that so many others have on here. I want my body to feel strong, and healthy. But reality states that only I can make this happen. This is going to be a hard week, so I will need to dig deep and tap into some inner strength. I know what my ultimate goal is, I know how to achieve it, I can not allow or afford to not make these thoughts into reality. So I've already done some changes like go back on calorie count. And joining another challenge. Today I start fresh. I leave behind me all the past numbers, and failures. So here I go with attempt 2000... May my guardians who watch over me take my hand and give me strength to achieve my quest!
