The time has come to swtch gears.
I want to feel the success that so many others have on here.
I want my body to feel strong, and healthy.
But reality states that only I can make this happen.
This is going to be a hard week, so I will need to dig deep and tap into some inner strength.
I know what my ultimate goal is, I know how to achieve it, I can not allow or afford to not make these thoughts into reality.
So I've already done some changes like go back on calorie count. And joining another challenge.
Today I start fresh. I leave behind me all the past numbers, and failures.
So here I go with attempt 2000...
May my guardians who watch over me take my hand and give me strength to achieve my quest!

Glad you are feeling moved to want more...make sure though, that you don't compare your lowest moments to other peoples greatest moments..we all fall back and spring forward. You my friend are ready to spring forward :) I'm with ya!! Let's GO!
