Hi All!
My shoulders and biceps are killing me from adding 3lbs (3lbs!) to my 10 mins fit board. I think I will do every other day for a while.
I did not meet all my goals yesterday due to poor planning. E picked me up from my parents and we went to get dinner. All well and good. He won the first game of cards but I won the second.
But I ate, so I couldn't exercise. :-) No bowflex or lamp building for me. I wasn't about to exercise at 10PM. I was in bed by 10PM!
I am going to try to do yoga tomorrow morning, so I can just go home after work to build a lamp so I can bowflex. I am having lunch w a friend on Thursday so I will have more than 3 hours to digest before exercise time.
Tonight is a movie & dinner with the kids. Meal is already planned and accounted for.
FYI: My SIL is leaving her husband. She is moving into an apartment in her Dad's building. Yay!
Thankful: Coffee day! I get coffee today!
Goals: Fit Board on lunch, have fun with the kids and E. Yoga in the morning
Positive Thoughts: There will be bowflexing in my future. I did not pay $0 for it to be exercise art. (giggle)
