So I went to my friend's house yesterday, and I went way over my calories, which is bad. Whenever I'm around people I seem to forget that food has calories, and I eat way less healthy. I need to control that, because I'd rather not stop hanging out with people.
I've also decided to only drink water and green tea, at least until school starts up. Green tea is supposed to help you lose weight anyways, and I've already been drinking it for three days so that seems like a good start. I've been controlling my calories pretty well so far, and I'm full. I'm feeling pretty good about not eating too much today, hopefully I won't get hungry and snack before dinner, but I absolutely will not starve myself. I've read a lot that says that can make you go backward from your goal, and that's the last thing I want.
