Can’t find sleep. I’ve been missing my bedtime bucket of skim milk. Just tried my first glass if almond milk. It’s actually pretty good! Used it to wash down a couple benadryl. I should be up in time for lunch lol!

Bella i did ok for about four hours. My Dr increased my restless leg med today so looking forward to resting tonight 🤞🏻 How are you feeling? Any relief from the leg cramps?
