I was hungry yesterday. H-U-N-G-R-Y! I mean empty pit hungry. Not cravings for something, just light-headed hungry. So I ate. Not carbs, not junk, just food. Until I got home last night, then ate popcorn. Do you realize that I never do that? I never eat at night, I follow my plan so closely. Anyway, scale shows it today, but I'm not sure that I would have lost anyway. There is a red line on my weight chart, and my head and body must think I'm not allowed to go below it.
Any better explanations on why I can't get below 190?
