I haven't done much yet today, just sat around so far. I'm hoping to be playing tennis if my friend ever gets out of bed, he was out late. I'm planning to do about an hour and we'll be walking to the courts from his house, total it should be about a mile walk, maybe a little less? I'm not sure. I feel like I'm not losing weight fast enough, but I'm grateful for the first five pounds I've lost. I really hope I continue to lose, maybe someday my old jeans will fit again. :P
I just need to keep thinking that the food I want in the portions I want it will only taste good while I eat it, but losing the weight will make me feel genuinely happy and it's something that matters. I may be keeping my calories below what they were before, but I still need to eat healthier foods. I think I'm getting there, little by little. I want this.
