First day keto. Went over on calories by almost 400. Messed up and didn’t read the label on imitation crabmeat. It has more carbs than I guessed. Met my fat goal, lost 5% of protein goal to carbs. Boo! So much yet to learn! Will do better tomorrow. Need to get a walk in, bad day for my legs and shoulder, so I passed on it today. Wish that I had some pain med to make exercising easier, ibuprofen just doesn’t cut it.
