Oh my goodness the weigh scale is sure giving me a run in the weight loss department...not even an ounce... I walk just about every day no less than 4 mile and this is my third week for the regime I have to work with my weights, so can't figure it out, it is so frustrating, I will cut my portions and foods way back this week and try to give myself a jump start again to drop next week, I did add fruit other than berries and maybe that's the culprit so I will keep plugging away and see what happens next week weigh-in. I know I have a stubborn body when it comes to loosing but last time I lost my 44 lbs. it came off much faster as I remember.... maybe this is the punishment I am getting for putting it back on... I WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN, a promise to myself...my rant for today!....
