I blew it tonight. My husband wanted Chinese food, so against my better judgement, I ordered some. I had General Tso's Tofu. I didn't eat any rice, but I did eat the whole thing instead the 1/2 portion I had intended. I know I am being too hard on myself, but I have this terrible fear that if I let go, even once, I will be right back where I started from. I know what I have to do... forgive myself and do better. I just hope I have the will to do so!

You will not gain it all back. It will be fine. Just go back to your normal diet tomorrow. You may see a little rise on the scale due to the body hanging on to more water since you had carbs but that will just come off with water intake
