Well I hope I do a better job today,last night I totally binged and I really didn't exercise either. I'm not doing my walking this morning but will go for a walk outside tonight after supper. I guess you could say I'm bored with my walking DVD's since the weather is so nice and who knows maybe my husband will go with me I hope he was 300 plus pounds and needs to lose weight for health reasons ie: high blood pressure,prediabetic. I know that exercising in the morning is best but I can't seem to find the motivation right now so I'm gonna go back to doing if after I eat supper in the evening and see if that works for a while.

Much better day today I stayed with my Slim Fast plan and within my points values with 4 pts leftover for a snack plus I'm just a bit over my 20 grams of fat goal. I'm getting ready to go walk in a minute so a good day, one day down a lifetime to go!

Exercising anytime is better than not exercising at all! I honestly think that for the most part it doesn't really matter too much, it is all burning calories. Once you start getting closer to your goal weight or if you are training for something in particular then maybe, but not in general.

I agree exercising any time is better than none. And the side benefit may be if you keep doing it, hubby will join you anfd you can get him started.
