Good to see a lower number on the scale again. I think we're headed in the right direction. I have to admit that walking through the candy aisle with mom at the drug store yesterday was hard. I craved Reese's peanut butter cups, but I know it's poison. Picked up some Alive vitamins for women 50+ instead. Maybe those will improve my low energy.
