I am finding it difficult to start a food journal again. This is because I know I am not eating like I should. I know I need to just take a week and put the truth out there, see where I am at RIGHT NOW and start whittling it down where it needs to be again. Maybe it isn't as bad as I think it is. I know that has been true in the past as well. Just DO IT, Sherry! There is no one who will take better care of you, than you. Part of it is also, I don't want to put that new number up there either...personal failure...again. My making peace with food continues. I will be victorious! One week. I can do anything for one week.

Yep, I'm in the same boat. I have struggled to get back on track for months. Seeing that I am slowly gaining weight back, I have been growing more desperate. I removed the macros from my food diary, except calories, because it began to cause me stress to balance for lchf diet. This summer has been busy and stressful without stressing over what to eat. I decided to go with something that worked for me before. Eat whatever in moderation except sugar and white flour for 21 days. By then I should be able to get back to losing weight. I also will start a challenge next week called walking to weight loss. I've got to get back on track. This challenge suits me.
