It's really hard to try and eat healthy at local restaurants.. I got pasta last night but I felt to guilty to eat enough until I was full, so I only had a little and brought leftovers home. I ate a little more this morning, but it doesn't reserve well apparently, which may be a good thing. I only had a few bites. Maybe I shouldn't try eating out again until I can actually see results. Well, I eat at subway... but I always get the healthy sandwiches with no condiments.

I didn't really exercise yesterday, I had no energy at all. I might not today, but if I don't I'll be sure to do double tomorrow, I just feel weird today, like I'm not put together right. Is that weird? Oh well, I'm still going to try to eat mostly healthy today.
