Today I'm going to focus on listening to my body. I usually eat according to the clock instead of my own level of hunger. When I have mastered this in the past I always stayed thin. It's become harder with age because my metabolism has slowed down but I can see the setpoint theory at work when it comes to weight. I will start using a mantra again saying repetitiously out loud "I weigh (goal) lbs." This has helped in the past.
