FINALLY!!!! I broke that 190 mark. Sure, it's only 1 pound, but it's a milestone pound!!! I'd been fluctuating up and down 1-2 pounds, almost daily, not getting below 1-stinking-90! It was driving me nuts. So, yesterday, I decided to get back to my 1 day a week doing liquids only until dinner. Had a cappuccino flavored protein drink for breakfast (syntrax nectars--LOVE them!), lots of Crystal Light and water. Dinner was going to be LATE (usually we eat around 5/5:30 pm, but we were eating with friends, and it wasn't going to be until around 7), so I decided to eat something so I didn't pass out. Not much in my house right now, since I'm leaving for Ohio next week, so I grabbed a 100-Calorie Pack of Sour Cream and Onion Pringles. I was making dinner, so I made home-made spaghetti sauce and home-made turkey meat balls with whole-wheat pasta. It was all delicious. I had less than 1 cup of pasta and about 4 of the meatballs (they were small, a little bigger than appetizer ones). I'm down 2 pounds since Monday! So excited! AND I went to the gym on Monday for the first time in too long. I'm always happier when I'm exercising. :D Especially when I FINALLY see some results! Off to the doctor on Tuesday to see how I've done since my last appointment and get a fill. Just in time before my drive to Ohio. Anyone know any good surgeons in Dayton that I can go to, to get my fills??
