I'm so excited! I've lost about three-four pounds so far. I'm really glad that this seems to be working and I don't feel like crap all the time. I feel like I'm accomplishing something that's really going to be good. This is awesome!
Oh! And I have a system for when I drink coffee because the caffeine is bad for me... For every two drinks of coffee, I take one drink of water. I don't know if it's helping or not but I feel a little less bad about drinking coffee now. :P
