if I may ask, how long did the transformation take? what made you decide to just do it? did you ever fall off the wagon? 

@fitfinder I've started my journey in February 2013 so im going on 6years now i was a full blown party person drank alot and woke up one morning had a encounter with Jesus and thats where it all started i was tired of how i looked and felt and the joirney started cleaned up my life left alcohol and everything behind...i still fall of the wagon i fell more times i could count it happens but my determination and desire to be a pro bodybuilder is what keeps me going so agyer every setback or bad eating day etc i get myself back up and go again

Shows you that with faith you can move mountains. And what counts is that you get up just one more time than you fall. Blessings. 

Well, this is just what I needed to read and see. 1stly... you still look good when you looked "bad". I come from being a non athlete type of person, but always loved to do some type of training, to doing iron man and looked excellent, to letting myself go and weighing close to 100kgs now! And I KNOW it is my drinking habits of every night having a glass or 4 of something. It has been bothering me for a while now, and Monday i decided that is it! I am not giving up alchol, but I am trying not to have some alcohol just to have. 3 days (only 3 days) later, and I feel a lot better already. 

Your commitment and dedication is very admirable.  

I gave up alcohol and sugar and lost 10kg in 6 weeks. I love your dedication to what you want and it's an inspiration. Alcohol is hard to get off but restricting is necessary even to avoid things like depression etc
