I am back under 300 pounds. Woo! That's a big achievement for me. even if it's only like 20 pounds lost. I'm just going to take this journey 20 pounds at a time. I'm hoping I will be able to hit another 20 in a month and a half. but we shall see. I do have a week of vacation coming up this month and were going camping on an island. So I'm not sure about the food there but I will bring some veggies in the cooler for sure. and hiking should be no big deal to burn calories.

Thank you everyone! It feels good to be back in the 200s. Now to keep on trucking lol hopefully I will be able to get into Onederland before the year is up.
